This page explains what personal information Cavren Ventures ("Cavren", "we") collects through this sample page and the links on it, and what we do with it. This page is a sample built by Cavren to show creators what we make. We aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

This page

This page doesn't use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels or ads, and it doesn't ask for any personal information. Its fonts and images are served from this site. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps short-term technical logs (such as IP addresses) to deliver the page and protect it from abuse.

Joining the sample on Whop

The "Join the program" buttons take you to Whop, which runs the checkout, accounts and the course. When you apply, Whop collects your email address and the answers you give, such as your Instagram handle and niche, and shares them with us so we can approve your access. Whop handles this under its own privacy policy.

Partnering with Cavren

The "Partner with Cavren" link opens a Google Form. It asks for details such as your name, email address, social media handles and information about your audience and products. We use these only to review your application, contact you about working together, and keep a record of our conversations. Google stores the responses for us.

Who we share it with

We don't sell personal information. We only share it with the services we use to run Cavren, which are Google (forms and email), Whop (products and payments) and Cloudflare (hosting). These are based overseas, mainly in the United States, so your information may be stored outside Australia.

How long we keep it

We keep application details while we're talking with you, and for up to two years afterwards in case you want to work together later. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing consult@cavrenventures.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled a request, please tell us first. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
